Larger or specialized items that require custom handling may take 10–15 business days, depending on availability, customization, and delivery location. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout for your convenience. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. We ship nationwide across the U.S., with international shipping available upon request. Oversized & Freight Orders For oversized or heavy items such as rooftop tents and large-format 3D printers, delivery may be arranged through specialized freight carriers to ensure safe transport. These shipments may require additional coordination, and the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment. Delivery Assurance Every product is packaged securely and shipped to arrive in excellent condition. Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Return Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the type of product and its condition. Note: Oversized or custom-built products such as rooftop tents, large-format 3D printers, and certain drones may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance or special-order items are also non-returnable. Refund Processing Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
